As the title mention. Went to pay NLB a visit after sucha long time. I love NLB. Since the day the INM people went to the site visit. I love it. Especially the top floor. What a panorama.
Met up with Laini. It took me quite some time to realize that we wore similar outfit today. People around must have been thinking that we had planned to wear the same stuff. Since I'm in no mood to take pictures, just visualize yuh. We wore grey tudungs; different fabric though. We wore black top paired with a pair of jeans. Laini got a Neckermann footwear, whereas myself, a pair of Papillios. We even carried black totes. How cute coincidences can be!
After some time in NLB, we head on to have some food. DESPITE both has had lunch before going out. After rattling and walking to and fro in front of BK, LJS, KFC & McD, we settled on LJS, being our favourite fast food restaurant. Yeayness!!
I was quite irritated by this group of err teenagers?, next to me. Ok, so I ignore them. But I couldn't help thinking why would they look at us strangely right? And only now did I realize. We wore similar outfits. Maybe these group was like thinking "Eh ni minah tudung confem janji ekh pakai same2." Takmo macam paham arh. Dgr2 aku minah tudung pe. Dgr2 sumer "minah tuds" pakai seme sama pe. Ekh tu kakak ipar bini abang kao jer pakai gitu. Hah. Not that I was being over-paranoid, but yuh, they kept looking la kan.Cam toot gitu. Benci I.
And I supposed, Noor Rafili the silat guy, thought that way too, when we made our way out to the door. But i managed a smirk. I dunnoe why, but that poor guy didn't do anything to deserve a smirk from me. Hahah.
Here comes the best part. We did not know where to head. Thinking about surveying some new dyes, I thought we'd head up to Watsons. But we ended up surveying cosmetics. Ouh vanity cursed itself upon me!! Which reminded me very much of my undying love for nude colour lipgloss or lipstick. {I managed to get a new gloss from Missha} And I had better get a nude color one soon. Ouh and my mascara is running our of stock as well. So do my unconditional love for Burberry Brit & first love for Davidoff Game. Urghhhh. {Reminder: I was NOT born with a silver spoon.}
This girl live a life full of fantasies uh.
From dyes to cosmetics, lastly we ended up window-shopping for what we call a Hari Raya Shopping. Hehs. I can't wait to try on my new outfits!!! Myself and twins were thinking of getting white heels and bags. But I'd prefer wristlet or clutch. The bigger the bag is, the more item I'd put inside, the heavier my bag becomes. Goodness, I've found some that interest me. But then, when there's no white that left, I wouldn't mind putting on brown. Black would be my last resort. Let's hope for a better Ramadan and Syawal.
To end this, here's an Arabic poetry:
"Nak buat baik, sangatlah mudah, Maniskan wajah, lembutkan lidah." - Maniskan wajah meaning not to doll yourself up, but just a simple smile would do. And lembutkan lidah simply means, not to sing or sweet talk, but simply say the nice things.
