The Pit - Ain's Perspective

Sounds familiar? *cheeky*

So, Lela "sleptover" and we spent the night bitching. I didnt know I still had that capability, since MQs (Sha, i thinkk that's what we're called. Or perhaps, WASP??) last bitchin session. I missed bitching with the GFs. So, back to main, we bitched. About this and that, about making the whole thing come to live, making plans and stuff. Those were the days. To think we didn't sleep through the night, we thought we could do with some "eye-rest" and have planned to wake up @ 9am, to help Mama with marketing. Apparently, we both overslept till noon.

Take our time, and done with our other side shopping like the fruits and stuff, when Miza called to ask if we were ready or not. OMG, we were like only about to start with our cooking. I dealt with Maggi Pizzas and Lela, Roti Boyan. Imagine ekh, 2 anak dara bekerja di dapur. Ouh tunggang-langgang. Sempat la pulak, nk feeling siapkn makan untuk picnic ngan family nanti da besar. Ouww touching..

We reached the pit. Then gedebak -gedebuk, they started fire, let those who had been long waiting for us, eat. It was quite mendak initially. Da macam tgh berkabung. Yes, right. Most clad in black, duduk berkecah.. Warm up over, we played games, starting with murderer. I bet it is the easiest, yet still fun to be played kinda game, no matter how many times you've played before.

I felt like something not right. I personally do not know what. But I feel there was something missing during those time. Reminder, this is MY perspective. Nevertheless, I managed to keep to my own personal vow, and maintained. (haha..but not for long) Laughed here and there. I was very happy. I was a happy girl, playing games. Enjoyed being made fun of. Hey, it's pit okay. There's no reason for us not to be a sport right? Wani & I were given a stupid forfeit, for being unlucky. Minah Rempit & Tp. Yelah, bila lagi nak buat keje bodoh kan? So I was up to it.

Soon, the games ended with Chop Chilli Chop. Call me outdated, but I swear I've never played the game before. And I played well, for an amateur like me. Terusik lagi hati ini, bila dah mula sendirian. One by one the girls go back. And some came, like Caca. How I wished the other seniors were there; Ais, Saj, As, Farna, etc etc. I miss them loads. Soon, most of them are gone. Dan aku pun, sesungguhnyer, Peah, makinlah mangkok.

I was already feeling so mangkok. So, there I go. To the breakwaters or waterbreaker, whatever these ppl call it. So much for being a Pure Geog student. We sang. We chatted. Then came one part, we wandered along. All three were drained in their own thoughts. I was praying hard he'd be abel to make it. If not, I'd mangkok till morning.

Leaving the mangkokness and after doin some yoga technics n oxygen technics, suddenly we sang again. Be merry. Yeah. Sadly, there's no stars as it's too cloudy. How i wished I could stargaze. I miss stargazing.. At least, my mangkokness, did not define childish, in terms of Tuppaware tingkat. {Ouh Mariah, I missed you, for defining such term}.

When they came back, they leftover people had their game of murderer. Lepas tu, konon nk feeling cerita hantu la ekh. Kebabai. Nothing at all. Last2 citer merepek. And some went off. Its becoming boring, yet exciting at the same time.

Highlight of the whole event, would be, the time Fid, Yan,Lela, Yat & myself went hunting. Though not much of discovery.. Yelah aku kan bongok. Bukan salu dpt g hunting. Kalo siang2 bukannye bnyk discovery. Are there?

SO, our PST/NIRA pit ended there, with the same old faces again. I hope, all of you has had fun. Jangan serik2 la ye.. And BIG thanks to all those involved directly, or indirectly, especially those who had stayed through. Thanks for complimenting on my Maggi Pizza & Roti Boyan. And to fid, for the transport. And to the boyfriend, for coming and made my day again. Ok, enough. As if I was the organiser la pulak.
